We know you have questions…here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions we get!

General

What are your business hours?

You can give us a call at 619-233-8687 during our business hours.  Business hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am to 10:00pm PST.

Daily Tours

What's Included?

Food and drink samples are included in the cost.  It’s a pre-set menu and additional items may be purchased.  Please notify your guide if you would like to order something else to ensure we get the order in as soon as possible to stay on track of time.

Is Gratuity Included?

Gratuity for your guide is not included, but very much appreciated.  We suggest a standard of 15% to 20% gratuity for each guest.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

While we try to accommodate restrictions as best as possible, we may not be able to accommodate all restrictions.  Please notify us before your tour of any allergies you have.

What's the attire for the tour?

We suggest smart casual (think first date).  Please do not wear beachwear or offensive graphics. You will be walking so wear comfortable shoes.

What's the cancellation policy?

You may make modifications or cancel up to 24-hours before the start of your tour.

What if I'm late for the tour?

Please call our office at 619 233 8687 to notify our team about your arrival time.  In the event that you are not in attendance at the start of the tour, your guide will contact you and coordinate the best location for you to meet the group.

Can I pay for the tour at the meeting location?

All of our tours need to be purchased in advance online or over the phone.  We cannot add guests at the tour start time.

Private Tours

Do you offer private tours?

All of our tours can be booked for private groups.

How many people do you require for private groups?

We require a minimum of 10 guests to book a private tour.

Is there a price difference for private tours?

The price stays the same for each guest, but we add an automatic 20% Service Charge to all private bookings that covers guide gratuity, service fees and taxes.

When can private tours be booked?

We can accommodate private tours most days/times of the week, subject to restaurant availability.  Call us to discuss the options!
