Vinyasa is movement with breath, OM is energy! Flow through dynamic yoga postures, synchronized with breath to strengthen, open and restore energy to the body and mind. Down-tempo playlist, fresh air and the bubbling Piazza fountain, enhance the experience. A perfect way to begin your Sunday. All levels welcome. Cost: Class drop-in fee is $15.
