Start the first weekend in Spring with a Sunday Funday Indoor/Outdoor Challenge and explore Little Italy “Southern California style”.
An invigorating and balanced workout that will leave you feeling strong, cleansed & energized!

Begin at CycleOM with a 45min sweat-drenched, beat-driven RIDE(indoor cycling experience) $10 drop-in for New Students.
Then follow your instructor and RUN/power walk 15mins through Little Italy to the PIAZZA.

Finish with a 60min flowing YOGA sequence beside the flowing fountain with fresh air & blue skies in the center of Little Italy! (Free)

120min Sunday Funday Challenge for Spring!

Spin shoes, Yoga mats & Towels will be provided.

Wear shoes you can run/walk in & bring a water bottle.

All Levels, No Experience Needed. Please Reserve a Bike.
