Other Holiday Activities

In addition to the Little Italy Toy Drive, we have created some magical events to maintain the holiday cheer and bring us closer together.

Pictures with Santa

Santa and his elves worked tirelessly to wrap-up the photos he took with his friends at this year's Little Italy Tree Lighting & Christmas Village.  To view and download them for FREE, click on button below.

GIO THE ELF’S LITTLE ITALY ADVENTURE

Giuseppe the Elf was called back to the North Pole, so his brother Giovanni, or Gio as his friends like to call him, came to tour Little Italy instead! All month long Gio will be popping up in different areas of our neighborhood to join in the holiday fun and silliness. Think you know where he is going to go next? Follow along on Facebook and Instagram to see if he pops up where you guessed.  He will start making appearances on December 1st and will be making daily appearances until he has to go back to the North Pole on December 25th.

Letters to Santa

Ho! Ho! Ho! Make sure your letter to Santa is ready to go! Starting Friday, November 24th, families can stop by the Piazza della Famiglia to drop of their beautifully decorated letters to Santa. To prepare your letter for Santa, his mailing address should be placed in the middle of the envelope.

SANTA CLAUS
123 ELF ROAD
NORTH POLE 88888

Your full name and address should be written in the upper left corner, followed by a first-class stamp in the upper right corner. Santa loves hearing about you and what you’ve been up to this past year, so be sure to share some of your favorite stories with him, tell him a joke or even draw him a cute picture, in addition to your Christmas list of course! Christmas lists requesting clothes and shoes should include sizes and colors. Christmas lists requesting toys, games and books should be specific. Don’t forget to  drop off your letter by Sunday, December 10th to get a response from Santa!

During our annual Tree Lighting and Christmas Village on Saturday, December 3rd from 4:00pm-8:00pm, we will have a craft station by the Big Red Mailbox for kids to come together and create their magical letters to Santa during the event! If you’re making your letters at home, Santa’s elves created some templates you can use.
