In order for you to be considered eligible for a Business-Owner, Property-Owner, Residential Tenant or Community-At-Large seat; you must fulfill the following requirements.
Business-Owner Seat | Current business license with the appropriate category to the Little Italy
B.I.D.
Property-Owner Seat | Current payment of assessments into the Little Italy
C.B.D./Maintenance District
All Seats | Support the Board of Directors’ Mission of the Little Italy Association.
All Seats | Serve on at least one of the Association’s standing Committees or Task Forces for at least one-year prior to nominations.
All Seats | Commit to attend each and every Board meeting.
All Seats | Complete the Board of Directors’ Application for nomination to the Board.
